We try to make your experience with us as friendly and efficient as possible. There are several ways to accomplish getting help, placing orders, and managing your own account.
Obtaining a price or quote for an item
Most of our products have set prices on the website and allow orders to be placed on-line with a credit card. If preferred, inquiries may be sent via email by clicking on one of the numerous "Inquiries" help buttons found throughout the website. Additionally you can always call in and speak with a representative who can provide pricing information. If the phones are busy we encourage you to leave a message and let us know how and when it's a good time to contact you. If a preferred time to contact you back is not provided we ususally call back within 20 minutes.
Placing an order
If pricing is available orders may be placed on line. If terms with your organization are established purchase orders can be faxed to 703-621-5870. We also accept scanned and emailed orders to Order@scientificgear.com. We also accept orders over the phone.
We try to be available to take tech support calls but if we can't answer please leave a message and we will try to get back to you as soon as possible.
We recently introduced livechat and hope this will improve our communication. If the live consultant is ONLINE (yellow) simply click on the image and a chat will start. If the live consultant is OFFLINE you can still click on the image and a dialog box will appear allowing you to send us an email with your questions.
Logging into your own account
Many customers now access their accounts and can review pricing, submit Purchase Orders, track open orders and even pay outstanding bills with a credit card. If you would like to setup an account, try it, it's easy.
Orders will always be fulfilled immediately if in-stock. If an order is on back order we will work to estimate the soonest delivery date to you. All backorders paid with credit cards are charged at the time the product ships to the customer.
