Digital Hand-Held "Pocket" Refractometer PAL

The PAL refractometer model is surprisingly compact in size and weighs only 100grams.
The PAL models are water-resistant (IP65). Samples can be rinsed off the sample stage with running water. The design also allows for easy wiping off of the sample.
The PAL can measure high temperature samples during the heating and cooking process.
Equipped with new technology "External-Light-Interference" (ELI), enables accurate measurements to be taken with ease and confidence near a window or outside.

The PAL-1 has the Measurement Brix Range (0.0 to 53.0%) which can be used to measure the concentration of many different samples. It can measure Brix values of fruit juices, food and beverage as well as chemicals and industrial solutions such as cutting oil, cleaning liquid and anti-freeze

The PAL-2 has all the great features of the PAL-1, but with a Higher Measurement Brix Range (45.0-93.0%). This makes it the perfect instrument for high concentration samples such as jam, marmalade, jelly, honey, concentrated juice, etc. The PAL-2 is water resistant (rated at IP65), so clean up of viscous samples can be done easily by placing the instrument under running water.
